This study aims to improve learning outcomes of Biology on the subject of Viruses with a make a match. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Ciledug. The research method used is classroom action research, with stages of planning, action, observation and reflection. The research sample consisted of 10 male students and 26 female students. The research instrument used was a learning outcome test in the form of an objective test in the form of multiple choice which had been tested for validity and reliability. The success in learning refers to the achievement indicators (IPH) 80% and the minimum completeness score (KKM) 75. The results of this study show that the average learning outcomes of Biology on the subject of Viruses are in cycle 1 and cycle 2, respectively. 71.94 and 80.56. Of the 36 students in the pretest, the number of students whose scores were above the KKM was 5 students (13.8%), in cycle 1 it increased to 18 students (50%) and in cycle 2 it increased to 29 (80.5%) from 100% of the number of students. This shows that the learning outcomes of Biology on the subject of Viruses in cycle 2 have increased significantly because they have reached IPH with a class percentage above 80%.
