This study determines the extent to which the relationship between teacher perception of efective of STAD Type to enhance the student’learning process at SMAN 3 Cimahi. The research aims to improve learners’abilities and interest in learning physics effectively. It is expected to use this one, will increase the students competence with student learning outcomes and be able to increase the Cognitif and affectives, especially in learning physics correctly. In the implementation of these improvement efforts, the learning process is planned, observeved, and evaluated the results in the second cycle of classroom study each of the 3 sessions. From the results of implementation of STAD Type in both cycle can be cocluded that competence through this type has improved. Result of hypothesis testing showed positive and significant the promotion of student achievement through STAD and promoted Minimum Criteria Of Mastery Learning.
