Improving of Self Confidence in Learning by Using Assertive Training Techniques in Students.The topic of this research wasthe low level of self-confidence of students in learning. The problem in this study was "Could assertive training technique increase self-confidence in student learning?". The purpose of research wasto increase students' self-confidence in student learning using assertive training techniques.The method used in this study wasQuasi Experimental with One-Group Pretest-Posttest design. The subjects of this study were 6 students who had lowconfidence in learning. The data collection technique in this studywasusinga scale.The results showedself-confidence that the students had in learning could be improved through assertive training using the Wilcoxon test, from the results of the analysis of post-test data obtained by Zcount = -2,201<Ztable 0,05=1,645.Thus, Ha wasaccepted, it can be concluded that students' self-confidence in the learning of class X  students can be improved using assertive training techniques at SMA Negeri 3 Cikarang Utara in the academic year 2018-2019.
